  • Anxiety, depression, low self-worth

  • Relationship, family, or work difficulties

  • Trauma, grief, identity questions

  • OCD, ADHD, and Bipolar disorder

  • Men’s issues, existential struggles, and more

What does a first step look like?

We start with a free 20-minute consultation online. It’s a chance to meet, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit.

How much do sessions cost?

  • Online counselling: £50

  • In Person / Walk-and-talk / Creative writing therapy: £60

  • Concessionary rates are available for low-income clients

Where do sessions take place?

  • In Person, either in Hove or Kemptown, in one of Brighton Therapy Hubs beatiful, calm therapy rooms

  • Online, via secure video

  • Outdoors, along Brighton seafront or in Preston Park (for walk-and-talk)

  • Creative writing sessions can be remote or hybrid

Is everything I say confidential?

Yes — I follow strict professional standards and am a registered member of the BACP.

How long does therapy last?

That’s up to you. Some people come for short-term work (8-10 sessions), however in Humanistic Counselling longer-term exploration is usually beneficial in order to build a strong counselling relationship and to fully explore yourself. We’ll review regularly.
