What kind of counselling do you offer?
I offer face to face counselling, online counselling, walk-and-talk sessions in Brighton & Hove, and creative writing therapy. Each session lasts 50 minutes. My approach is humanistic, with a focus on person-centred methods, tailored to your needs.
What issues can I come to therapy with?
People come to me with a wide range of concerns, including:
Anxiety, depression, low self-worth
Relationship, family, or work difficulties
Trauma, grief, identity questions
OCD, ADHD, and Bipolar disorder

What does a first step look like?
We start with a free 20-minute consultation online. It’s a chance to meet, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit.
How much do sessions cost?
Online counselling: £50
In Person / Walk-and-talk / Creative writing therapy: £60
Concessionary rates are available for low-income clients
Where do sessions take place?
In Person, either in Hove or Kemptown, in one of Brighton Therapy Hubs beatiful, calm therapy rooms
Online, via secure video
Outdoors, along Brighton seafront or in Preston Park (for walk-and-talk)
Creative writing sessions can be remote or hybrid
Is everything I say confidential?
Yes — I follow strict professional standards and am a registered member of the BACP.
How long does therapy last?
That’s up to you. Some people come for short-term work (8-10 sessions), however in Humanistic Counselling longer-term exploration is usually beneficial in order to build a strong counselling relationship and to fully explore yourself. We’ll review regularly.
