Face to Face Cousnelling
Experience compassionate support grounded in empathy and unconditional positive regard—creating a space that nurtures growth and builds resilience. My counselling approach is rooted in person-centred principles, working with you in the here and now to explore whatever challenges you’re facing, and to help you reconnect with your true, authentic self.
I offer face to face counselling in Brighton and Hove, at a few different locations provided by Brighton and Hove Therapy.
Online Counselling
Online counselling offers a flexible, accessible, and affordable way to begin your therapeutic journey. It allows you to attend sessions from the comfort of your own home — whether that’s your sofa, desk, or a quiet corner where you feel most at ease. This can help reduce the stress of travel and scheduling, and makes it easier to fit therapy into your life in a way that works for you.
Creative Writing Therapy
I wholeheartedly believe in the power of creativity within the counselling process. Long before I ever sat with a counsellor, writing was my therapy—whether through music, poetry, or journaling. Creative expression can offer deep insight, helping you uncover parts of yourself that may be difficult to access otherwise. Through the words you create, you can learn so much about who you are. Let’s work together to explore that and build a stronger, more authentic sense of self.
Walk-and-Talk Therapy
Sometimes, the simple rhythm of movement and the freshness of the outdoors can make it easier to open up—especially when certain things feel harder to express in more traditional or online therapy settings. That’s why I also offer walk-and-talk therapy along the Brighton and Hove seafront or in Preston Park. Feel free to get in touch if you’d like to learn more.

Creative Writing Therapy is offered online and combines therapeutic conversation with the reflective power of writing. In this approach, the work extends beyond the session itself. You’ll be invited to write between sessions and send your piece to me at least 24 hours in advance, so we can explore it together—focusing on both the content and what emerged for you during the writing process.
Alternatively, you’re welcome to bring any written work to the session for us to read and discuss together. Sessions are 50 minutes long and priced at £60 each.
