Face to Face Cousnelling

Experience compassionate support grounded in empathy and unconditional positive regard—creating a space that nurtures growth and builds resilience. My counselling approach is rooted in person-centred principles, working with you in the here and now to explore whatever challenges you’re facing, and to help you reconnect with your true, authentic self.

I offer face to face counselling in Brighton and Hove, either at The Wilbury Clinic in Hove, or at a few different locations provided by Brighton and Hove Therapy.

Online Counselling

Online counselling offers a flexible, accessible, and affordable way to begin your therapeutic journey. It allows you to attend sessions from the comfort of your own home — whether that’s your sofa, desk, or a quiet corner where you feel most at ease. This can help reduce the stress of travel and scheduling, and makes it easier to fit therapy into your life in a way that works for you.

Creative Writing Therapy

I wholeheartedly believe in the power of creativity within the counselling process. Long before I ever sat with a counsellor, writing was my therapy—whether through music, poetry, or journaling. Creative expression can offer deep insight, helping you uncover parts of yourself that may be difficult to access otherwise. Through the words you create, you can learn so much about who you are. Let’s work together to explore that and build a stronger, more authentic sense of self.

Walk-and-Talk Therapy

Sometimes, the simple rhythm of movement and the freshness of the outdoors can make it easier to open up—especially when certain things feel harder to express in more traditional or online therapy settings. That’s why I also offer walk-and-talk therapy along the Brighton and Hove seafront or in Preston Park. Feel free to get in touch if you’d like to learn more.

Get in touch

If you're interested in starting counselling—or returning to it after some time away—I’d love to hear from you.

You can reach out via email or through the contact form. Please feel free to include a bit about the kind of support you're looking for, any particular issues you’d like to explore, and your general availability for sessions.

I offer a free 20-minute online consultation where we can talk about what you’re hoping for from therapy, how I work, and whether we feel like a good fit.

I’ll aim to get back to you as soon as possible.
